Sushi made from Wholemeal Bread
Wat a funny day i got, within one day i done two funny weird thingy that i long time never do, like this is the “Toast Sushi” tat i saw in a internet , then i try it and see wat is the result, finally come out also not bad, look presentable, any comment from you all?
actually it is not as usual sushi with rice is more filling to a girl, for me: i prefer the mini thingy that get 60-70% filling my stomach will do….

1st Cupcake Making after Monkey Years!!
My 1st batch of cupcake, milo flavor with no icing at all…
just being fun to make cupcake!
Fun to beat by hand mixer even thought is kind tiring, i will learn to make icing after this…

Bahan-bahan ( 15-20 biji )
3 biji telur-dari peti sejuk
275 gm tepung gandum/tpg kek
220 gm gula halus
150gm susu segar/UHT
3 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu kecil ovallete
Inti Kelapa: (teman gantikan dgn inti kacang merah)
==kelapa parut
==gula merah
==1 sudu teh tpg jagung-dibancuh dgn 1 sudu besar air
==2 helai daun pandan-pintal
- Cara-cara Masukkan semua bahan apam ke dalam mangkuk.
- Pukul dgn menggunakan mixer pada kelajuan maxima selama 6-8 min.
- bahagikan kepada beberapa mangkuk & titiskan pewarna mengikut citarasa.
- masukkan setiap warna ke dalam piping bag ( atau beg plastik yg bersih).
- Pipe kan sedikit adunan ke dalam mangkuk kertas yg telah disusun didalam acuan.
masukkan inti kelapa
- Pipekan lagi adunan yg berlainan warna sehingga 3/4 penuh.
- Kukus didalam kukusan yg telah dipanaskan selama 10-15 min. (Pastikan penutup pengukus anda dibalut yerr)

I have attended Kak’s Yasmin class last week sunday(6-7-08)
it is my 1st class after my Diploma Course, It is So excited to Deco the cake.
Kak Yasmin is very pantient to me, The student that Blur Blur and Not good in Deco also. but as she is very well to give a tutorial slowly, i really appreciate her. Thanks You Very Much..
